Tell yourself - which is more valuable, building an income which you will be proud of, or sitting in front of the TV wasting your time? The answer is obvious.

So where do you start to become orderly? One way you could is by simply creating a to-do list. This list can be as straightforward or as complicated as you want it - however you will need to work from that list or schedule, if you don't you will simply go nowhere and fail.

Once you have your list, you will need to stick to it. There may be times when you will become distracted or something drags you away, but when temptation arrives, you will have to stay disciplined and focused. Some find this a lot easier than others. You will need to build 'mental fitness'; teach yourself to be disciplined and stick to your schedule or list.

If you stay focused you will be happier and better-off than the majority of people.
